Appetizer Roasted Bone Marrow

| INGREDIENTS |

| 12 | Each | Veal Bones (middle cut marrow bones, 2-3 inches) |

| SUMMARY |
|
Marrow bones need to be soaked over night before roasting!!!
|
|
| PREPERATION |
|
Place Bones in a bowl with ice water and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Drain Bones and dry .
|

| DIRECTIONS |
|
Stand Bones upright on a baking sheet.
Roast until Marrow is slightly bubbly and warmed through, 20 to 25 minutes.

| PRESENTATION |
|
Serve with good Baguette Toast and a Fleur de Sel to taste.
Try it with my Horseradish Gremolata.
|
