2Cupflour
2Cuppanko bread crumbs
1Eachcan of artichoke hearts
3Eacheggs
SUMMARY
make sure when making this recipe to use panko bread crumbs

PREPERATION
open can of artichoke hearts, and drain, then flour, egg wash then bread with panko bread crumbs.

DIRECTIONS
heat up pan with about an inch of oil, then fry artichokes one at a time

PRESENTATION
serve with lemon dill aioli

Wow. I'm the Sous in an Italian restaurant. I can't believe I never thought of this. We're Italian so we have plenty of artichoke hearts lying around. It's SO simple, but what a great side dish. Genius, absolutely genius.
