workworkwork. the first thing they told me in culinary school was keep it simple. the second thing they said was half the class would drop out before graduation. they weren't lying. i've been working in restaurants around long island, NY since '96. im mostly into old school classic type cooking. im pretty much the average kid. i work alot, play alot, take alotta photos and i really like call of duty 4...alot!
